Tanvi Marina Rao has received her Masters in Architecture (II) from Yale University and Bachelor’s in Architecture from Syracuse University.
Tanvi has a strong interest in the relationship between broad architectural conceptualisation and its making process. There is a response from material complexity and various other constraints that inform the design process that ultimately leads to its success.
One of her first projects after graduation involved being part of the design team at Soft-Firm for the winning proposal, Love Letters in Times Square.
Since then, she has worked for AD100 firms such as Studio Giancarlo Valle, Charlap Hyman & Herrero and Studio MUKA.
Her work for her employers have been published in various prestigious publications and been exhibited in galleries as well as on public streets of New York and Los Angeles
